We are a computer consulting company specializing in providing solutions to the medical and legal vertical markets. Returns The items we sell may be returned for a refund within 30 days of date of purchase if the item is in new condition with all original packing material. Customer must obtain a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER prior to shipping anything back. Items returned without a return authorization number will not be accepted. Items are subject to either a 15% re-stocking fee to cover our costs or the customer may have a store credit for 100% of the original purchase price minus shipping costs. FOR COPY RIGHT REASONS, VIDEO TAPES, BOOKS AND ALL SOFTWARE MAY NOT BE RETURNED. If they are defective they will be replaced. Even unopened Medisoft and Lytec are not returnable because the manufacturer does accept returns. Customer pays ALL shipping charges on returns. Warranty All products are brand new unless otherwise stated and warrantied by the manufacturer. Customer pays ALL shipping charges on warranty returns. Sony Repair Policy The Sony and Sanyo Warranty program is for repair, not replacement. (Sorry their policy not ours) A customer has 90 days from date of purchase for a full repair. They have 1 year of full parts coverage, and will have to pay for labor charges to fix the equipment. If the customer purchases a unit and it is defective out of the box then an RMA number can be issued. This is their policy not ours. If you have the unit over 90 days, refer to the Sony for Service. WE WILL PROVIDE PHONE TECH SUPPORT AT THE RATE OF $95 PER HOUR WITH A 15 MINUTE MINIMUM CHARGED TO YOUR CREDIT CARD. You may call and purchase technical support at the rate of $95.00 per hour billed in 15 minute increments. Hours of Operations Our standard hours of operations are Monday through Friday 9AM to 5PM EST to answer any pre-sales or technical support questions you may have regarding any products on the web site.
