The items we sell may be returned for a refund within 30 days of date of purchase if the item is in new condition with all original packing material. Customer must obtain a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER prior to shipping anything back. Items returned without a return authorization number will not be accepted.
Items are subject to either a re-stocking fee to cover our costs or the customer may have a store credit for 100% of the original purchase price minus shipping costs.
FOR COPY RIGHT REASONS, VIDEO TAPES, BOOKS AND ALL SOFTWARE MAY NOT BE RETURNED. If they are defective they will be replaced.
Customer pays ALL shipping charges on returns.
