Returns Policy

The items we sell may be returned for a refund within 30 days of date of purchase if the item is in new condition with all original packing material. Customer must obtain a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER prior to shipping anything back. Items returned without a return authorization number will not be accepted.

Items are subject to either a 15% re-stocking fee to cover our costs or the customer may have a store credit for 100% of the original purchase price minus shipping costs.

FOR COPY RIGHT REASONS, VIDEO TAPES, BOOKS AND ALL SOFTWARE MAY NOT BE RETURNED. If they are defective they will be replaced. Even unopened Medisoft and Lytec are not returnable because the manufacturer does accept returns. Talkswitch phone systems cannot be returned. Labor associated with installations is non-refundable.

Customer pays ALL shipping charges on returns.

FedEx 2nd day is $19.95 for the first item. $5.00 ea. additional item.
FedEx Overnight is $38.95 for the first item. $5.00 ea. additional item.

Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico US Priority Mail - $24.95 for the first item. $2.00 ea. additional item.
Second Day - $39.95 for the first item. $5.00 ea. additional item.
Next Day - $49.95 for the first item. $5.00 ea. additional item.


We ship ground to Canada via U.S. Mail for $36.95 for the first item. $5.00 ea. additional item..
The customer is responsible for any customs and or brokerage fees that may be incurred.
